Ingredients
500 gr (1 Lb) American Rice
1 cup (250 ml) mint Leaves
1 cup (250 ml) spinach
1 cup (250 ml) Lettuce Leaves
6 clove pink
5 ml (1 tea spoon) ground Black pepper
4 hot green pepper
2 clove Garlic
2 Onion, finely chopped
1000 ml (Lt) water
Salt
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add spinach, onion, mint, pink, hot pepper and black pepper and cook. On the other side wash rice and leave 30 minutes in a slightly warm water, then fry rice in a sauce pan until seeds separate from each other. Add water and cook until liquid has been absorbed. Then add salt and spinach to the mixture and stir. Then leave the pilaf to rest. Serve hot.
